Turn Around Time?
proofs are returned to client within 1-5 days from when they are taken, During grad season it may be 5-10. Turnaround time for edited images are between 5 - 14 business days from when the client selects images to be edited if rush edits aren’t purchased.*
Do You Travel?
Yes, I do travel! Traveling budgets require all team members to be fed and roomed adequately.(If any team personnel are uncomfortable with room conditions we are permitted to leave the shoot by any means).
RESCHEDULING?
Rescheduling is free depending on the day. If i’m free its free, if i’m not and i have to squeeze you in there will be a $50 Fee.
Do You Require A Deposit?
Yes! At the time of booking a Half (50%) deposit is required and is non refundable. The full payment must be completed on the day of the shoot or before.
What does “Edited” mean?
The photos of course looks gorgeous out of camera but I add color correction, blemish removal, stray hair removal, sky replacement if needed, etc. I DO NOT do body modifications unless paid for in the premium edits add on. PLEASE wear your correct size.**
What Happens if I am Late To A Shoot?
IF MORE THAN AN HOUR LATE AND DID NOT PROPERLY COMMUNICATE THE DELAY THE SESSION WILL BE CANCELLED and your deposit will kept and we are allowed to charge a late fee.
Extra edits and Video work is serviced later after initial packaged photo’s are returned.*
Video work Can take up to 30 days to be returned BUT usually is Given between 10-20 business days.*
Creative Shoots have no Time Limit if Free, Usually Within 1-2 Month turnaround if so.*
2 Major corrections and 1 minor modification for free then $75 for other edits after that. **
Makeup artists/ Hairstylists are welcomed on set. Photographer is not responsible to supply any additional props, accessories prior to, or during a booking. Failure to properly prepare will sole serve the photographer no responsibility.
Acceptable forms of payment include: CashApp, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash
There are NO REFUNDS on completed images. You will receive proofs via online gallery. You can choose your photos for editing in the link. The link will be live for 10 days from photo selections for download
A full or partial refund will be sent if any team member is at fault.
We own all rights to our work regardless what business entity, we work for. (When a photographer snaps a photo, they immediately own the copyright to that photo.
The photo is the property and they are the legal owner of that property) (their ‘intellectual property).
